Kevin Leary has been President at CARR – a Xerox Company since January, 2017. Kevin joins the CARR team after spending six years at sister company, Image Technology – a Xerox Company. Kevin brings a proven leadership approach, dedicated to employee development and a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience. Kevin’s expertise and focus is spearheading and rapidly growing Sales and overall business operations.
Prior to joining CARR, Kevin acted as President, of Image Technology – a Xerox Company. His responsibilities encompassed Sales and Operations, Channels, inside Sales and Direct Sales organizations. Within Image Technology – a Xerox Company, Kevin tripled revenue and was awarded Executive of the Year in 2015 by parent company, Global Imaging Systems . Kevin has held various senior level positions throughout the United States and with Canon USA.
Kevin is proud to support many philanthropic activities and organizations throughout the Greater NY and Boston Area. He is most proud of his team and the continued development of our employees and organization.
Kevin is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business.
Tony joined CARR – a Xerox Company in 2015 as Vice President of Service. In his role, he is responsible for the Aftermarket Service teams and Product Support.
Tony has more than 25 years of experience in the office products industry. Prior to joining CARR, Tony has held Vice President of Service and Director positions for Global Imaging Systems, Michigan Office Solutions and SoCal Office Technologies–all Xerox entities.
His passions are process improvement, customer satisfaction and the continued success of teams.
Keith joined CARR – a Xerox Company in October, 2000 as Operations Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in April, 2002. Prior to joining CARR, Keith began a dealership and ran the Service and Operations departments until acquired by CARR in 2000. Keith studied Business Administration at Hartford University, and is a volunteer for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and The Lustgarten Foundation.
Since joining CARR in 2007, Anthony has held several leadership roles. In April of 2015, he was promoted from his role of Branch Sales Director, to Vice President of Sales.
Agliata is responsible for all aspects of sales strategy, including the development of new and existing clientele, delivering results and developing the skills and knowledge of those around him. Of Anthony’s 26 years of sales experience in the document imaging industry, the last 10 have been in various sales management roles.
Agliata is proud to support many philanthropic activities and organizations throughout the Greater NY Area.
A graduate of Pace University, Agliata earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management from St John’s.
Anthony DelGrosso joined CARR in 2005. During his tenure with CARR he has held various roles including, Commercial and Major Account Manager, Production Manager and Director of NYC Branch Sales and Operations. In 2015 he was promoted from his current role, Vice President of Sales.
Anthony is responsible for all aspects of sales strategy, including the development of new and existing clientele, delivering results and developing the skills and knowledge of those around him.
Anthony has contributed to the professional community by speaking at local colleges and being a mentor to individuals seeking Sales careers. In addition, he is also involved in numerous philanthropic ventures such as, National Kidney Foundation, American Cancer Society, American Heart Foundation and is a Board Member for the Needler’s Foundation.
Dorothy joined CARR – a Xerox Company in 2011. In her role, she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. She is also responsible for the creation and execution of the company’s Learning and Development Program for which she is extremely passionate.
Dorothy has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Prior to joining Carr, she held various Senior level HR positions with DeVry College of New York, Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques (SITA) and Standard Microsystems Corporation.
Dorothy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Dowling College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Stony Brook University.
