Joe Koury joined CARR Business Systems as the President in April, 2018 with extensive experience in sales leadership, management, marketing, operations and training. Joe comes to CARR from Xact Data Discovery where he held the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations and was a member of the Executive Committee. His responsibilities included leading and managing Xact Data Discovery business development team, executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue goals and assessing corporate partnerships. Joe has lead sales and operations teams in the eDiscovery and Document Processing Outsourcing industry for 20+ years.
A true entrepreneur at heart, Joe launched startups with Ikon and Uniscribe Professional Services before partnering with XDD in 2000 to open offices in New York City, Miami and Philadelphia. He began his professional career with Roadway Express in Akron, Ohio, holding various sales and operations positions for over 12 years. In his last role with Roadway, he was responsible for managing a team of over 450 employees in Southern California.
Joe is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Administration.
Keith joined CARR -a Xerox Company in October 2000 as Operations Manager was then promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2002 and is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations and General Manager of CARR.
Keith has more than 30 years experience in the industry. Prior to joining CARR Keith ran the Service and Operations departments of a startup dealership until acquired by CARR. He is passionate about customer service and employee training and education to insure everyone’s success.
Keith is a supporter of the Lustgarten Foundation and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
Anthony DelGrosso joined CARR in 2005. During his tenure with CARR he has held various roles including, Commercial and Major Account Manager, Production Manager and Director of NYC Branch Sales and Operations. In 2015 he was promoted from his current role, Vice President of Sales.
Anthony is responsible for all aspects of sales strategy, including the development of new and existing clientele, delivering results and developing the skills and knowledge of those around him.
Anthony has contributed to the professional community by speaking at local colleges and being a mentor to individuals seeking Sales careers. In addition, he is also involved in numerous philanthropic ventures such as, National Kidney Foundation, American Cancer Society, American Heart Foundation and is a Board Member for the Needler’s Foundation.
Jennifer joined CARR in May 2014 as Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in October, 2017. Prior to joining CARR, Jen held HR management positions over the past 20 years within various industries including Business and Commercial Aviation, Security Technology, Printing/Packaging and Video Gaming Development, with a focus on HR Operations such as Compensation & Benefits, Policy & Legal Compliance, HRIS, M&A, Payroll and Employee Relations. Jen studied Business Administration at SUNY-Suffolk and is a member of SHRM. An active boater, she spends most weekends with her family, on the Great South Bay.
Ed has been a member of the Carr family since 1996. Beginning his career as a Field Service Technician…Ed rose up through the ranks holding various service positions- Technician, Network Analyst, Service Manager and Senior Director.
Awarded and recognized as a “Global Leader” in 2007, Ed is a graduate of Global Imaging’s SMART – Service Manager Accountability and Responsibility Training, Leadership in the 21st Century and Dale Carnegies “Leadership Training for Managers and Strictly Business Seminars”.
Ed is an Honorably Discharged United States Marine Corp Veteran and a Disaster Action Team Captain with the American Red Cross.
